Finally there is a place to get certified computer technicians that really know what they are doing.
And yes they are better than tech guys or geek squad.
I needed my pc repaired and to be speeded up as I had a problem booting into the desktop. So I called pc techs on their freephone number, and told them my problem, they then gave me their rates which were very good (no call out charge) and then they informed me that they would get technician to call me and arrange a time that suited me. (So as I wont have to wait around as i do for argos), He called and arranged a time, came around, carried out service with running commentary. And also gave me a few tips and recommendations. Even after he left PC Techs gave me a satisfaction call, just to make sure it all went swimmingly.
All in all a very well oiled machine and direct support.
It seems they are servicing quite a few areas in the UK. I highly recommend.
